ServiceNow (Junior) Developer
Your tasks
- Beratung von Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung von ServiceNow für ihre Geschäftsprozesse.
- Entwickung von Anforderung der Kunden, maßgeblich in den Bereichen ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, IRM
- Entwicklung und Implementierung maßgeschneiderter ServiceNow-Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Effizienz.
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden, um sie mit den neuesten Funktionen von ServiceNow vertraut zu machen.
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von ServiceNow in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen der Kunden.
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender ServiceNow-Implementierungen zur Maximierung des Kundennutzens.
What you should be able to do and offer
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
- Erfahrung mit der ServiceNow-Plattform und ihren Modulen, insbesondere ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, IRM
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in der ServiceNow Plattform als Entwickler
- Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit JavaScript
- ServiceNow Zertifizierung als CSA (und weitere wünschenswert)
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Wort und Schrift) auf Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder in der ServiceNow-Beratung
- Erfahrung von IT Projekten in Großkonzernen (kein Muss)
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical implementation.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methods is a plus.
- Proficiency in Outlook and other MS Office products.
- High customer orientation, fast response times, politeness, very good communication skills in German and English and ability to work in a team.
