Senior Consultant
Your tasks
- Consulting and implementation of customer projects in the IT infrastructure environment.
- Technical project management in the areas of WAN, LAN, WLAN, security providers and IT service management.
- Development of sensible, pragmatic and proven models for sourcing, compliance or service delivery projects as well as the integration of recognized standards such as ITIL, COBIT into existing organizational or process models.
- Support with project acquisitions, independent development of customer relationships and opportunities to actively participate in the development and diversification of our core business.
- Guiding and leading the consultants.
What you should be able to do and offer
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable.
- Several years of practical experience in the field of IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, IT security, cloud, workplace, WLAN, IT governance).
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, a sense of responsibility and communication skills with a strong customer and service orientation.
- You should have a certain willingness to travel and be flexible with regard to changing project assignments.
- You should know what ITIL processes are and how they work in practice.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methods: In the best case, you have already done both (several times).
- Working with Outlook and other MS Office products is super easy for you.
- High customer orientation, fast response times, courteous, very good communication skills in German and English, team player: this should be part of your DNA.
