We are qedcon - a small and innovative consulting company with a focus on IT infrastructure (and sometimes applications).
We typically advise large global corporations, with our "sweet spot" being procurement projects. However, we also deal with IT project management, transition and rollout management, cloud services, security and much more - and that's exactly what we're looking for you for!
It doesn't matter where you are in Germany, but it would be practical if you live near Munich.
Choose your device
Of course we have all cell phones. You can choose the brand and model yourself. We want you to be productive and efficient - and you can do that best when you work with the tool you feel comfortable with.
Remote first
We have an office in Munich on Leuchtenbergring (S-Bahn), but most of us prefer to work at home when we are not on site with the customer. Our workplaces are flexible.
Further training and certifications
At qedcon, we value training and development. You can choose your own training and certifications in line with our projects and your career goals.
Flexibility
We know how important flexibility is at work. That's why we offer flexible working hours to help you balance your professional and private life.
Job ticket
We sponsor the "Deutschland-Ticket" as a job ticket, so you can order it for just 25 euros (instead of 49 euros). Traveling has never been so easy.
Vacation
In addition to the contractually guaranteed vacation, it is no problem to take additional days off as long as you perform well in your project. Commitment is rewarded.
BahnCard
If you need to travel, we will provide you with a BahnCard 50 for 2nd class. You can also use this for private journeys. Deutsche Bahn is more sustainable and you can work (or sleep to recharge your batteries :).
Job bike
We subsidize an (e-)bike with 50 euros/month, your partner also receives 25 euros/month subsidy for an (e-)bike. Please wear a helmet, your health is important to us.
I have to admit that working at qedcon is different to other companies as we are a kind of "remote consultancy" and mainly see each other in MS teams, at our clients and of course at our company events. The team is great and the wealth of knowledge throughout the company is amazing. In my projects, I add value by creating efficient workflows with ServiceNow and helping my customers to optimize their processes.
