ServiceNow (Junior) Consultant

Your tasks

  • Advising customers on the optimal use of ServiceNow for their business processes.
  • Development and implementation of customized ServiceNow solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conducting trainings and workshops for customers to familiarize them with the latest features of ServiceNow.
  • Support with the integration of ServiceNow into customers' existing IT infrastructures.
  • Analysis and optimization of existing ServiceNow implementations to maximize customer value.

What you should be able to do and offer

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field or comparable training.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and its modules, in particular ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, IRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in IT consulting or ServiceNow consulting
  • Experience of IT projects in large corporations (not a must)
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical implementation.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methods is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and other MS Office products.
  • High customer orientation, fast response times, politeness, very good communication skills in German and English and ability to work in a team.
