What you should be able to do
Completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field
Practical experience in the field of IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, IT security, cloud, workplace, WLAN, IT governance)
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
Willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments
Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical implementation
Experience with both waterfall and agile methods is a plus
Proficiency in Outlook and other MS Office products
High customer orientation, fast response times, politeness, very good communication skills in German and English and ability to work in a team

Very good analytical and conceptual skills, sense of responsibility and communication skills with a strong customer and service orientation
You should have a certain willingness to travel and flexibility with regard to changing project assignments
You should know what ITIL processes are and how they work in practice
Waterfall and agile: at best, you've already done both
Working with Outlook and other MS Office products is super easy for you
High customer orientation, fast response times, courteous, very good communication skills in German and English, team player: this should be part of your DNA
