- Consulting and implementation of customer projects in the IT infrastructure field
- Technical project management in areas such as WAN, LAN, WLAN, security provider, and IT service management
- Development of meaningful, pragmatic, and proven models for sourcing, compliance, or service delivery projects, as well as the integration of recognized standards such as ITIL, COBIT into existing organizational or process models
- Contribution to the diversification of our core business
What you should be able to do
- Completed degree in (business) informatics or a related field
- Practical experience in the IT infrastructure field (LAN, WAN, IT security, cloud, workplace, WLAN, IT governance)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their practical implementation
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus
- Proficient in using Outlook and other MS Office products
- High customer orientation, quick response times, courteousness, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a team player mindset
